  If you ignore the meat department, it is a great store. Good product selection, friendly and helpful staff in Produce, Deli, Seafood, Bakery and general grocery.
  
  The meat department is a mixed bag. They often carry products that are hard to find and their prepackaged items are of good quality. I do however get frustrated whenever I do a custom order. My last one of $140.00 had to be reworked when I got it home. It was the large end of the whole tenderloin to be cooked as a roast. After their trim, it still was covered in silverskin.
  
  I suspect much of the issue is do to the change the role of butchers in recent years. Even 20 years ago, a butcher knew how to break down an animal, knew the best cooking techniques for each cut and was a skilled craftsman. Now often times the meat comes in already packed for display, or bulk packaged and the staff repacks it for the case.
